Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pallis.ai platform and all related services (the "Services") provided by Pallis.ai Inc. ("Pallis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are authorized to act on behalf of your organization where applicable.
2. Use of the Services
Permitted use
You may use the Services solely for your organization's internal business purposes — managing insurance policies, claims, reinsurance treaties, analytics, and related insurance operations.
Prohibited use
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Services
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Using the Services to store or transmit malicious code
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Services without written consent
- Using automated scraping tools against the platform
- Uploading unlawful, fraudulent or misleading information
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@pallis.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
The Pallis platform, its design, software, and all associated content are owned by Pallis.ai Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your organization retains all rights to data you upload or create within the platform.
5. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services you consent to our data practices as described therein.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain platform availability of 99.5% measured monthly. Planned maintenance will be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
